Co-founder and the executive director of the company. His specialism is the measurement and development of high-performance managerial competencies. As a consultant and lecturer, he has more than 20 years of experience in assessment and development of managers. He has worked for many notable companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Mr. Kubeš is the author of several domestic and international publications in the area of managerial development. He sits on the board of the European consortium ACE – Assessment Circle Europe. For the last five years he has been concentrating on the intensive individual coaching of top managers of international corporations.

She is the co-founder and chief consultant of the company. She took part in the development of the ADDA Integrated Managerial Development Programme. She read psychology, and apart from working as a consultant and lecturer she coaches top managers. She co-authored the publication Manažerské kompetence: způsobilosti výjimečných manažerů (Managerial Competencies: Capabilities of Exceptional Managers).

She started in the company as a specialist in competency models, assessment / development centers, projects 360 ° feedback. Currently she works mostly with the detection of potential talent through various diagnostic tools and their development through training programs.

He worked in the company as an assessor, trainer and consultant. His tenure in the company is from the beginning linked to implementation of online assessment centers (PinsightTM) in development projects. Currently, he devotes to developing new business opportunities.

Her specialization is the development and implementation of training programs aimed at developing soft skills for managers and key specialists. In addition, it also covers marketing communication towards our clients.

She studied at the College of Commerce in Bratislava and now performs all economic and administrative activities in the company. She also takes part in marketing activities.
